Instructions
▢
Thaw the meatball as per package instructions.
▢
Prepare and cut all the vegetable.
▢
In a food processor blend all ingredients for the whipped feta cheese sauce. It can be made one day ahead. Keep it refrigerated!

If using wooden skewers soak them in water 1 hour before grilling
▢
Preheat an outdoor grill.
▢
Once the meatballs are thawed rub them with olive oil
▢
Skewer the meatballs and vegetables.
▢
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-8 minutes until the temperature inside the meatball reaches at 165F.
▢
Remove them from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
▢
Serve the skewers over whipped feta sauce.
